What is a Co-op?
Our co-op is a group of like-minded homeschool families who meet weekly on Mondays. We are run and taught by homeschool moms, dads, and other family members who contribute their time and energy to the co-op in some manner. For some this means they volunteer to teach a class or two of their choosing (at the discretion of the board). Some assist in classrooms while others set up or break down our classrooms. Some work in the nursery while others are simply available to fill in wherever needed. By working together we are able to offer our families enrichment classes for their younger children as well as high school level classes that can count toward a high school transcript. Each one of our families is an integral part of the co-op, and we could not function without each and every one doing their part.
With the growth of the homeschool community since 2018 when we first established this co-op, we have realized there is a growing need to expand in order to accommodate more homeschool families. After much praying and discussion, we have decided to split into two sessions beginning in the Fall of 2023.
