Weekly Meetings
We meet on a weekly basis on Mondays during the school year. To fill the need of accommodating more homeschool families in the Texas Panhandle area, we now offer two sessions. The Morning Session will be from 8:45 AM - 11:50 AM and will be geared toward elementary aged kids through 5th Grade, and the Afternoon Session will be from 12:45 PM - 3:50 PM and will be geared toward middle school and high school kids.
MORNING SESSION: 8:45 AM - 11:50 AM

Starts at 8:45 AM with everyone together for announcements, and then everyone breaks into their different classes, which start at 9:00 AM

Note: at some time during the semester all morning families are required to rotate being on set up, which begins at 8:15 AM, in addition to the two required jobs normally assigned

​There are three different 50-minute class periods:
1st Period: 9:00 - 9:50
2nd Period: 10:00 - 10:50
3rd Period: 11:00 - 11:50​

In order to better suit the educational needs of your children, each period offers multiple classes for 2nd-5th graders as well as an enrichment class or two for 6th-12th graders who are attending this session with their younger siblings

Nursery and Preschool: only available for children who have older siblings in the co-op

Kindergarten and 1st Grade: same class for two periods with an additional period dedicated to snack/play time

2nd-5th Grades: each period has 3-4 classes available to choose from
-
6th-12th Grades: each period has one or two enrichment classes and study hall available

LUNCH PERIOD: 11:50 AM - 12:45 PM
-
Starts at 11:50 AM - all families from both morning and afternoon sessions are encouraged to come fellowship and eat food during this time

All families not attending the Afternoon Session must be off campus by 12:45 PM
​AFTERNOON SESSION: 12:45 PM - 3:50 PM

Starts at 12:45 PM with everyone together for announcements, and then everyone breaks into their different classes, which start at 1:00 PM

​There are three different 50-minute periods for Nursery-Middle School and two 80-minute periods for High School:
Nursery-8th Grade 9th-12th Grade
1st Period: 1:00 - 1:50 1st Period: 1:00 - 2:20
2nd Period: 2:00 - 2:50 2nd Period: 2:30 - 3:50
3rd Period: 3:00 - 3:50

In order to better suit the educational needs of your children, each period offers multiple classes for 6th-12th graders as well as one or two enrichment classes for 2nd-5th graders who are attending this session with their older siblings

Nursery and Preschool: only available for children who have older siblings in the co-op

6th-12th Grades: each period has 3-4 classes available to choose from

All Afternoon Session families will have clean up jobs that are in addition to the two required jobs normally assigned​, which will probably require being on campus until 4:15 PM
REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH SESSION
Morning Session

Each family must meet one of these criteria:
-
Have at least one child in Kindergarten-5th Grade

Approved to teach a morning class

If your family does not meet either of the above criteria but still desires to attend this session:

You will be put on a waitlist until initial registration closes​

If there are enough spots remaining for your family to attend the Morning Session, then you will be notified when you can register
-

A background check is required for every adult who stays on campus during the semester, but the co-op pays for the fee.​
Afternoon Session

Each family must meet one of these criteria:
-
Have at least one child in 6th-12th Grade​

Approved to teach an afternoon class
-

If your family does not meet either of the above criteria but still desires to attend this session:
-
You will be put on a waitlist until initial registration closes​

If there are enough spots remaining for your family to attend the Afternoon Session, then you will be notified when you can register​​

A background check is required for every adult who stays on campus during the semester, but the co-op pays for the fee.​
Families with Younger AND Older Children
-
​Only those families who need to register for both sessions in order to accommodate both their younger and older children will be allowed to leave their middle school and high school students on campus for the Afternoon Session only so that younger siblings can be taken home. However...

Pick up will be at 3:50 PM when the last class is dismissed - your family will be considered late if your students are not picked up by 4:00 PM​

After more than one late pickup, your family will lose the privilege of leaving your older children and will be required to stay on campus the entire session for the remainder of the semester
